  • If you have one, an alternate email address (to help us in case your support emails don't reach you)
  • The store and location where you purchased your product

Please describe to us, in detail, the problem you are having. Please tell us whether this is a one-time or repeatable occurrence. Please tell us specifically what you were doing immediately prior to the problem occurring. Please also let us know what you have tried to fix the problem on your own or based on information in our forums or our FAQs.

Please attach a dxdiag file to your email. This will help us analyze your system hardware and rule out driver or hardware compatibility issues. In order to capture a dxdiag, please click on the Windows Start menu. Select Run. Type "dxdiag" (without quotes) on the command prompt and hit Enter. The DirectX Diagnostics program should now start. Click the "Save All information" button and a text file will be saved to your PC. Attach that dxdiag file to your email to support.
